HAVE YOU DRANK THE BLOOD OF THE SEA?

THE VECTOR GALLICA

Salvaged from the ruins of Nym,

a warship of times long lost, The Vector Gallica has retained it's capability to traverse the seas around Eorzea and beyond. Once host to bearing Royal Marines from the past civilisation, this vessel is now equipped with various machinations by the crew that currently mans it.Aligned with the Maelstrom and the Grand Company of Eorzea, the Vector Gallica acts mostly as its own independent entity. It is first and foremost, a hunter of the seas - chasing down monsters of the deep, both monstrosities and people alike - that have chosen to plague shipping and trade routes.Offers are open for passengers - those searching to gain fortune to slay monsters of particular bounty, or those seeking secure passage elsewhere. Following the recent replication of the Final Days across Hydaelyn, the Vector Gallica has also busied itself with assisting with recovery efforts, transporting goods, people, and eliminating any remaining Blasphemies in the ocean.

Designed for the hunt,

The Vector Gallica has been outfitted to Maelstrom-adhering combat specifications, though there are sizable dining and sufficient living quarters for its crew and guests. Rich dark woods adorn the deck, with the walls of the hull adorned with lanterns typical of Nymian ruins, and rounded, dark-framed windows, allowing a glance outside to the waters. The crew of this vessel are a myriad of Hydaelyn's denizens, including members of the Sahagin, Kobold tribes and beyond; so long as you swear fealty to the protection of the seas and stick to a code of honesty and integrity - to the crew and Captain - there may be a place for you here. Those who have spent extended time on the ship would be aware of the most stringent rule - to not cross the boundary of the locked and barred door in the Captain's quarters, leading to the bottom of the hull. 'Tis safer to disregard whatever rumours - whether it's the length of the dark shadows cast by the sails, the occasional strange and hungry dreams, or the slick red veneer that coats the deck during a hunt - that surround the ship, for sailors are a supernatural sort. It's nothing to worry about. Sincerely, enjoy your stay.

* The Vector Gallica is not a RP FC, but as an intended RP hook for those that wish to interact with it! Perfect for ocean adventures, or sea-drenched goth horror.

You are hungry, are you not?

The sea is of unending abyss, of boundless gluttony.(It is surely a cold home that you have found here.)Fitting, for one wrested from primordial darkness.Stay awhile, and feed.
